Just to let you know about www.eboutik.net/
Company based in Swiss, so tax free shopping and free delivery charges within the EU.
Its not a wholesaler company BUT their prices are far lower than any other shops. The only set-back is that most jewellery items only have max 3 qty.
They have also a good collection of photo frames and just for showing the low prices to compair
